Come on the journey and find out what went in to our very first Long Table Dinner. From Pint to Paddock to Plate tells the story from the brewing process, to supplying a local farmer the spent grain to feed his cattle, to one of Canberra’s best chefs preparing the meat from the farmer, then finally back to the brewery where we held the inaugural Long Table Dinner.
It was an epic night around the fireplace with delicious food, beers and laughs. This is the first of many we’ll be throwing so stay tuned for our next one.
