Braddon's iconic eightysixx restuarant Head Chef Michael Rees will showcase local farmer Christian Allen's prize beef, which have been fed on spent grain from the Brewery.
Each of the four courses will be matched with brews by Capital's Head Brewer Wade Hurley.
