We’re firm believers in supporting the community that supports us.
Since we opened our brewery and taproom in September 2017 we’ve supported more than 110 organisations working in fields such as cancer research, foster care, and women’s refuge.
We’re in awe of the amazing work carried out by thousands of organisations in our community making where we live and play a better place.
We’re driven to create experiences and great beer that can be used as a force for good. We want to help those of you doing great things to be sustainable, so you can keep making our community the best it can be, forever. It’s a win-win.
To this end, we invest $70,000 annually to charities and grassroots organisations where ever you can find our beer.

Aids Action Council
"Thank you again so much for sponsoring the APS Pride Happy Hour with your donation of 2 Beer Tour vouchers for our raffle.
I am pleased to say that the event was a great success. We raised over $580 for Aids Action Council and the event was attended by over 150 people from across the APS. Overall it was a very fun afternoon, which raised money for a great cause and brought together people from the different departments to celebrate diversity and the LGBTI members of the public service."
Ronald McDonald House Charities
"WOW! AN AWESOME RESULT!
Thank you for attending our 2018 Food & Wine event at Hotel Kurrajong. Together with your help we raised over $5,300! Thank you!"
"We are so grateful for the contribution from capital brewing for our Sweet ChariTea 2019 event. Our event has become a family of local businesses helping make a difference for our local sick kids!"
"Sirens Cheerleaders trivia night was held on Saturday 1st to raise money for 27 cheerleaders to travel to Texas in February 2019. We raised a huge $9,000 to put towards our travel costs.
Capital brewing were promoted on our club facebook pages and we were extremely grateful for the 2 vouchers for brewery tours. 1 was used as a first prize to a member of the winning team and voucher was proudly displayed and one was an auction item."
Boogie for Bianca Charity Event
"Team Bianca would like to thank Capital Brewing for their kind donation. This donation has helped us to raise funds for rare disease research at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead in memory of Bianca Caltabiano who died at the age of 18 from HLH, a rare cancer-like disease of the immune system."
Canberra Museum and Gallery
"Thanks for your support, the night went swimmingly."
Ghostbusters Movie Night
"The sponsorship of Capital Brewing Co took our event to the 'next level' as we were able to provide their local, high quality beer to the guests supporting our event. The contribution from Capital Brewing Co helped us raise over $900 from our movie night for Rare Cancers Australia."
