Heart of Glass | Belgian Blonde  

Sweetness from aromatic malt and extended boil. Citra hops give a noticeable bitterness, as well as pleasant citrus peel aroma. Noticeable esters of banana, clove, and bubblegum from belgian yeast strain dominate the front palette, followed by a sour finish due to lactic acid addition. Alcohol warmth is restrained for a beer over 7%. 

IBU: 40 | ABV: 7.2% 


Somewhere between a west coast IPA and a New England IPA lies a KCIPA.
Hazy and smooth like a NEIPA but Dry and Sessionable like a WCIPA.
Bursting with Pineapple, Honey Dew, and Raspberries and Cream on the nose. It's a smooth drinker with a dry finish which gives you best of both worlds. 

IBU: 40 | ABV: 6.6% 

Ethereal Thrills | Imperial Pilsner 

Allow this Imperial Pils to give you Ethereal Thrills. Big, yet well balanced - this beer will treat you with toasty biscuits on the nose, and then give you a little sweet hay and lemon zest in your mouth. A hefty amount of Saaz hops in the boil give off an assertive, clean bitterness.

ABV: 7.9 | IBU: 70 


Viking Scream | Kveik IPA 

This Kveik IPA is so fine it'll have you screaming to the gods of Valhalla for more!!! Like a bolt of lightning from Thors Hammer, this beer is dry hopped to the max with Azacca, Palisade and Comet which gives heaaaaps of citrus, apricot and orange peel aromas. Brewed using Kveik yeast, a strain out of Norway that dates back to the 1600's which likes it's HOT - the beer was fermented at 35 degrees (most beers ferment at 15-20 degrees). The high fermentation temperature makes for a very unique citrus flavour and aroma - punchy amounts of orange with a strong bitterness, just how the vikings would have liked it.
 ABV: 5.8% | IBU: 73 

Augustus Gulp | Chocolate Porter 

This choc American Porter is brewed just in time for a little bitta' easter indulgence. Smooth and easy drinking - this beer is loaded with 12kg of cocoa nibs provided by our good friends and Dairy Road neighbours, Jasper & Myrtle. Brewed using the finest dark malts which give it a rich, toasty & roasty mouthfeel. One sip and your tastebuds will be drowning in a river of chocolate.

Specific Pacific Ale 

Citrusy hops and a malt combination of wheat and munich work in tandem for our latest taproom release 'Specific Pacific Ale'. Producing a beer that'll take your mouth on a trip to a heavenly orange grove on a warm spring day. Hefty late hop additions and a big dry hop give this very sessionable beer a lovely aroma of mandarin and orange peel.

ABV: 4.6 | IBU: 23

Pucker Up | Pear & Elderflower Sour

Get those lips ready for some pout-smackin' puckery. 'Pucker Up' Pear & Elderflower Sour is a tart, sweet summer smasher that will flirt and tease your tastebuds. Copious amounts of pear provide a juicy sweetness which is balanced out nicely by a sour base and floral aromas from the elderflower we threw in. This beer was brewed in collaboration with our mates at the National Portrait Gallery to celebrate their newest exhibition launching in March titled 'Australian Love Stories'.

Hang Loose Juice | NEIPA 

Formally known as Royal Brew, this NEIPA is crammed full of even more blood orange juice! The late addition of hops has resulted in a brew that tastes like a glass of freshly squeezed juice, with hints of passionfruit and pineapple.

Old Boy | Barley Wine 

Introducing our latest taproom special release - a thick, velvety American Barley Wine we brewed to celebrate the Old Boy. Everyones knows Old Boy - catch him in the line at the pub and he'll tell you about the time he caught a 5 metre black marlin with nothing but a wooden dinghy, some rope and his left hand. Boiled for over 2 hours to deliver a devilishly smooth mouthfeel - caramel and toffee are big players in this big beer. Hop additions of Centennial, Columbus and Chinook give a delightful hit of citrus and pine on the nose and in your cakehole.

Six & Out (also known as 'Anything Gose') | Gose

Introducing 'Six & Out', a 2.5% Gose brewed for the Summer of Cricket at Manuka Oval!!!

'Six & Out' is a slightly salty, sour mango summer time smasher! Low on alcohol, but high in flavour - this beer will have you ducking for cover like you're facing a Pat Cummins bouncer.

Irish Lout Stout 

As an ode to Ireland's beloved liquid of choice, we've whipped up this stout to celebrate the land of leprechauns, potatoes & weirdly spelt names like Niamh & Siobhan (sorry gals). Pouring on Nitro, this silky seductress hugs your mouth delicately and then teases you back with notes of coffee and chocolate. Sláinte!⠀

First Tracks | Stout

A Coffee & Oatmeal Stout, brewed with freshly roasted coffee beans from ONA Coffee. This beer may be dark but it’s an easy drinker with a rich and creamy mouthfeel, a slight bitterness from the coffee and well-balanced sweetness from the malts.

West Coast Flex  | DDH WCIPA

Our take on the classic West Coast IPA with a new world flex. All the key players - citrus, stone fruit, and tropical fruit create the classic foundation that we've all come to love. But we've staunched up the recipe and thrown some new school in the mix. Like when a band covers a song and it's arguably better that the original. It's just like the classic, but with a little more FLEX. With notes of pina colada, lime zest, melon, tangerine and pine.

Be enlightened by the world of experimental hops with the latest in our Single Hop series - HBC630 IPA. Slam Dank | Triple IPA 

To celebrate our 3rd birthday we've brewed a monstrous Triple IPA that goes hard in the paint and will dominate your palate! This high flying West Coast IPA is triple dry-hopped and uses more hops than we've ever thrown in a beer. Apricot, pine, lemon, and melon will posterise your senses! For a high ABV, this beer is still dangerously balanced and goes down smoother than an MJ dunk from the free-throw line.

Dos Capitol | Mexican Lager

¿Hola como estas? To celebrate this bueno weather, we've brewed a crisp, thirst-quenching Mexican lager! This traditional Mexican-style lager is made with corn flakes just like they do in México. We've also pumped it full of Lemon Drop hops to give this summer sip a citrusy twist. Salud, mi amigo!⠀

Zeds Dead | Double Red IPA

Who's Zed? Zed's a big, dank double red dreamed up by Nigel from and our co-founder Laurence after a few too many Evil Eye Red IPA's. For a high ABV beer, this certainly drinks like a 5%er and is smooth as the hum of a chopper driving off into the sunset. The hefty malt bill is balanced out by the huge amount of hops we threw in. At 10 grams per litre, this is one of our hoppiest beers to date. Layers of grapefruit, orange marmalade, toffee and resin will have you back at the bar ordering another before you can say "Zed's dead baby. Zed's dead".

Ekuanot IPA 

Introducing our brand new Single Hop Series!!!

Strap in while we take you and your tongue on an expedition through hop heaven. We'll keep the base of the beer the same while changing out the hop. This'll allow for each hop's characteristics to really shine through!!!

For the first cab of the rank we've brewed with Ekuanot, a hop out of Pacific Northwest USA. With notes of melon, berry, orange peel, lime, papaya & pine - we couldn't go past this heavy hitter for our first spin!

Shake hands with Capital Old, a roasty & toasty Schwarzbier (Dark Lager) now pouring at the taproom! Big notes of coffee, chocolate, and sweet biscuits waft into your nostrils when you take a big old whiff of this doozie of a lager. Loaded with the best European malts we could source, this beer is perfect for chilly nights and warm spring arvos. One sip and you'll realise just how fun it is to get old!

Perpetual Haze | NEIPA 

Orange, pineapple, and passionfruit are the key players in this hazy joint. Thicc, creamy and down right fruity this NEIPA checks all the boxes for hop heads. This NEIPA is about as tropical is you can get, loaded with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Motueka. We used East Coast Ale Yeast accentuate these fruity hops and keep the haze a rollin.

Trop Pop  | Sour

Loaded with currants from Westerway Farm down in Tassy, this eyecatcher is delightfully refreshing & currantly available at the taproom. If the colour isn't enough to tempt you in, take a whiff and you'll get berries along with a pleasant earthiness that'll have you coming back for more. This tongue tingeler is the perfect beer for a beautiful spring day, enjoyed while frolicking amongst the front lawns of the taproom.⠀

Jeepers Neipers | NEIPA 

Jeepers Neipers is a spooktacularly tasty NEIPA! Pouring golden & hazy, this beer is totally eerie-sistible! Trick or treat yo' self to more than one.⠀

Brekkie Gose

We took the traditional German Gose and loaded it with heaps of grapefruit & orange juice!!!! The result is what we've donned the 'Brekkie Gose', a sour & fruity number comparable to a healthy well balanced breakfast ;)

Just a Dream | Oat Cream IPA

Picture this. It's a tropical fruit house party, Caribbean tunes are blaring and the beers are flowing. Pineapple and passionfruit are in a kids pool out front, they're limbering up ready to take on guava and mango. BOOM! Next thing you know lactose and oats come flying off the roof and suplex the whole fruity crew making the most delicious tropical Oat Cream IPA you could ever imagine. During the ruckus, pineapple flies out of the ring and smacks you right in the mouth, you stumble back, slip on some passionfruit pulp and hit the deck hard! 

A stream of morning light hits you in the eye, you're horizontal on the couch. You get up and peak through the blinds expecting to see the fracas out front. Nothing. It's just your neighbour Larry mowing the lawn across the street. A little dazed you rub your head look at yourself in the reflection and mumble "Just a dream"...

Phoenix Rising Session IPA

Phoenix Rising is a Session IPA using hops from Ryefield Hops in Cobargo as well as some local honey. This creamy Session IPA is a straight up flavour bomb and tastes like a tropical peachy cocktail with aromas of sweet peaches, mango, and subtle coconut.

ABV: 5% | IBU: 69

Hops: Warrior, Huell Melon, Sabro, Chinook, Cascade, and Ryefield Saaz

Enigma Wet Hop IPA

Wet hops are harvested at the farm and brought straight to the brewery for immediate use by only the luckiest brewers. For this beer, we partnered with the legends at Rostrevor Hop Farm in Victoria (Hop Products Australia) to select and pick the fresh Enigma Hop cones and get them to the brewery within 24 hours.

There are hundreds of different varieties of hops. In this beer we decided to hero the hop variety 'Enigma' using 40kg of fresh cones went into the boil and whirlpool - there was no dry hop in the fermenter and no other hop editions to hide behind - Enigma in all it's glory. It's got big herbaceous, spicy and stonefruit aromas, stick it in your mouth and it's earthy and slightly fruity.

Running with Scissors | Imperial Stout

Running with Scissors can be dangerous, so is a HUGE can of our GABS Festival Imperial Stout that is smooth as silk and very easy to drink! This choc coffee stout is brewed with a cornucopia of malts, making it complex and rich with big roasty notes. Dark fruit and caramel give way to a smooth base with hints of rum, oak and coconut. Allow it to warm up slightly before drinking. In the meantime, throw another log on the fire, sit back and bask in the ambience.

ABV: 10.5% | IBU: 50

The Lubricator Doppelbock 

The Lubricator Doppelbock, it’s big, it’s German and it needs your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle. Ok so that was a big Austrian, but this huge unit will still take you for a wild ride. Brewed with classic German ingredients, this Panzer tank of a malt-focused beer features a rich, toasty malt flavour and aroma, with subtle hints of caramel and dark fruits.

ABV: 9.4% | IBU: 30
